Acupuncture

Acupuncture has a 3,000 year old healing history in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It improves the body's function and promotes the self healing process by stimulating acupuncture points. Fine and sterile needles are inserted into the skin, giving heat, electrical stimulation, combining with manual techniques such as herbal medicine, massage, cupping, moxibustion and guasha to heal. Acupuncture can relief pain, improve energy and immune system levels, sleep qualities as well as physical & emotional well being. It's good to get treatments before showing symptoms to present disease and health problems.
 
Massage
Two common massage treatments are deep tissue and relaxing massage. It is closely related to acupuncture and focuses on channels or energy points throughout the body with the aim of clearing blockages and blood flow to relieve pain and stress.
Hot stone massage is natural therapy, where smooth heated stones are placed at acupuncture points on the body to work the tension in muscles. 
Cupping
 
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on the skin for a few minutes to create suction. It helps pain, and increases blood flow to relax muscles.
 
Reflexology​
Reflexology is an alternative medicine technique similar as acupressure. It is gentle manipulation on certain parts of the foot to produce an effect else where in the body. Reflexology can clear channels of blocked energy through moving the flow of blood. It relieve muscles tension and stress.
Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy, which is burning dried moxa on particular acupuncture points on the body, Moxibustion treatment is common in China, it has been used for thousands of years. It helps relief pain, muscle tension, infertility, tiredness, and hair loss.
 
Guasha
 
Guasha is a Traditional Chinese Medical treatment, where skin is scraped to produce light bruising. It is repeated acupressure on the place of pain to stimulate blood flow and healing. It is a common treatment in China.
